KOTA KINABALU: Plastic bottles have overtaken bags as the new major cleanliness issue in the city.
After much effort from the Kota Kinabalu City Hall to curtail the usage of plastic bags with its ‘No Plastic Bags on Monday’ campaign since June last year, the environmental foe has emerged, with an unfavourable buy-back policies to be blamed.
