INDIA’S all-rounder Kapil Dev will make a special appearance during the KAF International Youth cricket carnival starting in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.
Kapil, who captained India to victory in the 1983 World Cup, will attend as a guest speaker at a dinner at the Royal Selangor Club (RSC) in Bukit Kiara on Saturday.
