AFTER 10 years, the first ever Urban Wellbeing Representation Council was launched at Putrajaya on Thursday.
The idea of a council to help disseminate programmes and funds to the grassroots for social activities, was first mooted 10 years ago by Putrajaya MP Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
