AS OF June, traffic offenders owe Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) RM100,478,670 from 1,278,388 outstanding compounds.
To recoup the loss, MPSJ will be implementing a two-month flat rate campaign to recover the money from the offenders.
