MIRI: Building owners cannot legally say that they are not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles parked in their premises, says Consumer Claims Tribunal chairman Pretam Singh.
He said that those who displayed ‘Park at your own risk’ signs were breaking the law as the signs constituted an unfair practice against consumers.
