GEORGE TOWN: The suspended Penang Immigration Department director charged with possessing assets in excess of his earnings last declared his assets in 2004, the Sessions Court heard.
Putrajaya Immigration Department Human Resources assistant director Nurhafiza Ismail testified that the records show that the accused, Abdul Rahman Harun, last declared his assets on Jan 16, 2004.
