CALLS about marital problems, missing children and even plumbing problems at homes were among those received by the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) staff manning its hotline.
Council administrative assistant Janet Lim Fun Foong, 53, who handles the hotline calls, said she would usually re-direct the caller to the relevant authorities.
