MIRI: The Miri City Council (MCC) plans to set up computerised bill payment kiosks at several strategic locations here.
Mayor Lawrence Lai said the creation of such kiosks would help overcome congestion faced at the only one-stop service centre that the council currently operates at its building that is utilised by the public for paying overdue parking fees or other council services.
