THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) hopes to complete its exercise to put up stickers indicating the availability of stalls at 111 wet markets, food courts and hawker sites on the island by end of June.
MPPP Public Health Standing Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said the exercise which started on Wednesday saw the council’s Licensing Department officers putting up the stickers at 365 stalls at the Batu Lanchang market and food court.
