SERI Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur staff and committee members have raised RM106,800 through the ‘I Heart Japan Celebrity Charity and Jumble Sale’ over the weekend at the hotel’s concourse area.
The project saw funds raised through a collaboration with Dentsu Sdn Bhd, Yamato Freight Company Sdn Bhd, Yakult Sdn Bhd, silent auctions of 10 evening dresses — courtesy of Malaysian Organisers Designers Association (Moda), sales of raffle tickets, purchase of 20 booths from partners, and auctions of hotel vouchers and exotic cruises to Hong Kong and Thailand.
