ALOR SETAR: Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) has applied for a five-year rebate in quit rent from the Kedah Government after failing to get a rebate for the past two years.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak said the university submitted the application last week.
