PURCHASERS of Taman Fadason Service Apartments Phase 4A2 in Kepong are refusing to accept the terms of an offer by the developer for late delivery.
They have received a letter from the developer which stated that they would be relieved of the 5% balance payment, stamp duty for utility deposits, maintenance charges for the first year and RM2,500 which will be paid to them after taking posssesion of their properties.
