JOHOR BARU: A beautician’s hopes of having a dream vacation to Bali was dashed when the Consumer Claims Tribunal president advised her not to do so because she could not afford the air tickets.
The claimant Ng Mong Yin, 24, had brought a suit against Smartbiz Excel Sdn Bhd alleging that the company had offered her a four-day trip including free air tickets to the island if she signed-up as a member.
