PENANG has allocated RM100,000 to the Waterfall Hilltop Hindu Temple as part of the state government’s commitment to ensure that this place of worship continues to attract tourists and to become the main centre for the gathering of the Hindu congregation here.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng handed over the mock cheque of the sum to the temple committee chairman P. Kuvenaraju, which was part of the state’s earlier promise to them during this year’s Thaipusam celebration.
