KUANTAN: State ruler Sultan Ahmad Shah had officiated a complex that served as a home and skill training center for the poor and less fortunate at Kampung Pahang here recently.
The complex costing RM3.5mil, was built by the Pahang Islamic Religious and Malay Custom Council (MUIP).
