EVEN at 73, Datuk Ursulla Goh still has a larger-than-life personality, and she exudes warmth and intelligence. Above all she has a big heart that reaches out to those in need, particularly women and children.
For the last 46 years, she has been relentless in her quest to empower women and children through local and international organisations that she led until she retired recently.
