RESIDENTS of low-cost flats in Taman Mawar Section 5, Bandar Kinrara, are hoping for better police presence due to the rising crime in the area.
Kinrara MCA service centre chief Dr Kow Cheong Wei said the low-cost flats had become an easy target for criminals because there were no security guards in the area as opposed to the neighbouring high-end apartments.
