KUCHING: Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud will declare open the Kuching Integrated Recreation Centre (IRC) near the Civic Centre here on March 12.
The centre, the first of its kind in the state, is an initiative by the state government to promote healthy activities and living among the people.
