Teacher bids farewell after 28 years to an emotional crowd

SAYING goodbye is never easy and for the students of SMK Convent Sentul it was especially difficult when it was time for co-curricular studies senior assistant Tan Mooi Dee to retire after 28 years of service.

For over 20 years, Tan or Puan Ong Sian as she is popularly known travelled across town from Petaling Jaya to Sentul every day to teach at SMK Convent Sentul, a school that she fell in love with when she first joined in 1982.
