State Barisan not underrating Opposition

SIBU: The state Barisan Nasional (BN) has never underestimated the ability of the Opposition to win elections, its chairman Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud said.

He said it was instead the state coalition’s strategy to be fully prepared for the polls and he was pleased that the people, particularly the Chinese, were now not as easily misled by the Opposition.
