GEORGE TOWN: The state government and the Penang Islamic Religious Department will give RM2,000 each to 318 students from the state to return to Egypt to continue their studies.
Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Mansor Othman said the state would give RM1,000 while the MAIPP would give another RM1,000 to each student.
