PENANG is expecting the annual Chap Goh Meh celebration to be a major tourist attraction, with thousands of locals and visitors participating in the various activities lined up.
Organised jointly by the state government and satellite television provider — Astro — the traditional event which marks the end of the 15-day Lunar New Year celebration, will be held at the scenic Esplanade grounds on Thursday.
