A TOTAL of 6,750ha of padi areas under the Muda Agriculture Development Authority (Mada) have been identified for the padi estate programme that will begin in September.
Deputy Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Minister Datuk Mohd Johari Baharum said the identified areas were located in 27 Area Farmers Organisations (PPK) under Mada, including five PPKs in Perlis.
