CECIL Street Market traders in George Town have been asked to “be patient” and move into the temporary stalls while waiting for the Penang Municipal Council’s (MPPP) RM1mil upgrading project to be completed.
Some 60 traders were scheduled to move into their stalls on Jan 24.
