CITY HALL will not tear down a barricade built by a developer around a plot of land earmarked for public recreational use at the Integrated Transportation Terminal in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Cheras because the case is now before the court.
Neither will it take action against ASM Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Maju Holdings which has been accused of hijacking part of the land to build bungalows without getting the necessary approvals.
