IT will be a close battle between swimmer Khoo Cai Lin and bowler Siti Safiyah Abdul Rahman for the Sportswoman of the Year award at the Selangor Sports Awards 2009 to be announced in Shah Alam tonight.
Both Cai Lin and Siti Safiyah were impressive in local and international competitions in 2009.
