CHIEF Minister Lim Guan Eng wants the state government to succeed in its ‘No Free Plastic Bag’ campaign as it can set an example for other states to follow.
“This is a must-win campaign and that is why we need to put greater efforts to educate the public to ensure they understand the need to preserve the environment for future generations,” he said.
