BENTONG: The rubber industry contributed RM52bil to the country’s economy last year said Pahang Risda director Datuk Mujahed Mohamed.
He added that due to the continuous demand for rubber and in addition to higher prices in the world market – the commodity was expected to yield more significantly in the future.
