MALACCA: The World Assembly of Youth (WAY) is establishing cooperation with the city of Manila in the Philippines and Jakarta in Indonesia for youth development.
Its president Datuk Idris Haron said the move would enable WAY to draw up a stronger youth development framework to be implemented in countries which needed it.
