MALACCA: The Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council (MPHTJ) will collaborate with the Adelaide city in South Australia in developing the state into a green technology city.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said the co-operation would begin in the first quarter of next year, with MPHTJ to start developing public amenities using green technology by the end of next year.
