ABOUT 30 families are living in fear of snakes, monitor lizards and drug addicts because five houses that were under construction along Jalan 25/115A and 25/115B in Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam, have been abandoned.
Mogan Ponan, 50, who lives opposite the houses, said the construction of the double-storey houses started seven years ago.
