KUANTAN: SM Sultan Abu Bakar here emerged the top winner in the “Design A Contest” this year, taking the first two spots and a subsidiary prize for the most number of entries submitted.
The trio of Gan Ee Vonne, Yau Jia Mei and Haa Soo Sern, all 18 years old, won the first prize in the contest after meeting the requirements stipulated.
