RESIDENTS have agreed to the Shah Alam City Council’s (MBSA) proposal to introduce the pay-and-display parking system at the Kota Kemuning commercial area.
The system will be introduced to improve the existing parking arrangement and ensure a smoother traffic flow in the township.
