RAPID Penang Sdn Bhd is confident of increasing the percentage of its bus ridership by double digit next year following the implementation of its Rapid iPlanner iPhone application next month.
Its chief executive officer Azhar Ahmad said the ridership for 2010 would hit about 27 million compared to about 20.9 million in 2009.
