THE Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has been ordered to ensure that the Royal Theatre in Shah Alam is fully restored by next year.
Batu Tiga assemblyman Rodziah Ismail said the Persatuan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) has also been elected to ensure that the building is maintained according to the Uniform Building By-laws and functioning properly.
