MALACCA: The Malacca government will grant civil servants with loans to buy second homes said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam.
“The loans will be given by a housing fund to be set up soon and repayment will be via salary deductions. The 4,000 government officers can apply for the new loans.
