GEORGE TOWN: Two trustees of Han Chiang High School land succeeded in their application to strike out a defamation suit filed by Penang Han Chiang Associated Schools Association and Tan Sri Tan Kok Ping.
Lim Boon Lin and Ng Kweng Chuan, represented by B. Jeyasingam and Nicholas Kow and Jimmy Geh, were two of the 11 defendants named in the suit by the association, which manages and develops the Penang Han Chiang High School and Tan, who is the association chairman.
