ALTHOUGH the proposed Mass Rail Transit (MRT) project is supposed to be a traffic solution for Greater Kuala Lumpur, Pertubuhan Ikram Malaysia and the Association for the Improvement of Mass Transit (Transit) are urging the Government to look at improving the city’s bus transportation first.
The NGOs fear that the MRT project may worsen the current traffic bottleneck in the city.
