SEVERAL hundreds of devotees took part in the annual fire walking ceremony held in conjunction with the Nine Emperor Gods Festival at the Tow Boo Kong Temple in Butterworth, Penang.
The devotees walked across a 3m by 5m pit of burning coal in the temple compound for about an hour from 8.30pm on Thursday.
