Brickfields’ residents say no to parking bays


RESIDENTS of Brickfields including stakeholders such as the Malaysian Association for the Blind, churches, schools and non-governmental organisations are rallying behind the Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Ministry’s decision not to allow parking bays in front of Sri Paandi restaurant and Seetharam shop in Jalan Tun Sambanthan.

The residents are supporting Deputy Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk M. Saravanan’s decision not to accede to the demands made by the Brickfields Business Community Society (BBCS) to have parking bays in front of their shops.
