BILATERAL trade and investment between Penang and Anhui province in China is untapped and the state must capitalise on it, says Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Mansor Othman.
Both sides have verbally reached a consensus on cooperation in industry, commerce, trade and tourism following Mansor’s working visit to Anhui in August last year.
