THE Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) has threatened to publish the names of five study loan defaulters in newspapers if they continue to keep mum on their loan repayments.
PCCC charity fund committee chairman Datuk Dr Cheah See Kian said on Tuesday that the five have until Sept 5 to discuss with the PCCC on how they wished to repay their loans.
