COLOURFUL costumes made from recycled materials were on show at a fashion-design competition held in conjunction with the Merdeka celebration at Boulevard Shopping Mall in Kuching.
The competition attracted contestants from nine teams which showed their creativity by using newspapers, cardboard boxes, plastic bags, aluminium cans and other recycled materials to create costumes in line with the theme of 1Malaysia.
