THE National Service Training Pro-gramme (PKLN) Board will suggest to the Ministry of Defence that all operators of PKLN camps construct swimming pools at the camps.
PKLN director Datuk Abdul Hadi Awang Kechil said it would put forward the suggestion after obtaining the views of the PKLN Council in regard to the Standard of Operating Areas.
