STUDENTS and teachers of SMK St Elizabeth wept openly yesterday as Cathrine Robert Mowe bid farewell to them after more than 10 years as principal of this all-girls school in Sibu.
Most of those present could not hold back their tears as Cathrine walked down the aisle of the school hall with the students lining up on both sides to hug her.
