THE Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) has issued warrants of arrest for eight motorists who did not turn up at court for failing to settle their outstanding parking fees.
Works and Traffic Standing Committee chairman Robert Lau Hui Yew told the full council meeting yesterday that the motorists had ignored warning letters to pay up.
