SIBU folk who lighted joss sticks and hell notes in public places in observance of the Hungry Ghost Festival on Tuesday night have incurred the wrath of the Sibu Municipal Council (SMC).
Many of these burnings were carried out at roundabouts and traffic islands in the town.
