HOUSE and shop owners in Taman Melati, Serendah, have been putting up with vandals defacing their properties and stealing items over the last five years, and waiting in vain for the authorities to act against the culprits.
According to resident A. Samy, the shoplots and houses have been broken into by vandals and thieves making off with the electric wires, window panes and panels as well as washbasins.
