Stable Internet connections in store for Miri folk

INTERNET connection problems will soon be a thing of the past for residents of Kuala Baram, Permyjaya, Senadin and Tudan in Miri as a plan for a stable network has been drawn up and fibre optic cables are being laid.

Assistant Infrastructure Develop­­ment and Communication Minister Datuk Lee Kim Shin said: “One of the main causes of poor connections is the use of copper cables which are not as effective as expected.”
