RIVERSIDE Majestic Hotel in Kuching has come up with an elaborate daily buffet spread themed, Sunkei Ria, at Cafe Majestic for the fasting month.
According to the hotel’s executive sous chef, Patrick Chew, this year’s Sungkei Ria has a wider range of dishes, featuring not only traditional Malay cuisine, but also international varieties.
